Born on 23rd of April, 1964 at Lahore. Completed basic education from Lahore and did his Senior Cambridge from Cathedral High School in 1979. Graduated from Government F.C. College, Lahore in 1984 and Masters in English in 1987 from Government College, Lahore. Joined the Punjab Law College, Lahore and obtained LL.B. degree in 1995. Worked as Lecturer of English at Aitchison College, Lahore from 1989 to 1990. Completed Executive Development Programme from Masood Institute of Professionals Studies w.e.f. 07-11-1992 to 17-03-1993. Worked as Manager Tax and Corporate Affairs in Chartered Accountant Firm, Qadeer & Company, managed Tax & Corporate Affairs Department and dealt with major Private and Public limited Companies, providing Registrar Services. Worked as an Advocate High Court in Hamid Law Associates, one of the leading law firms of Lahore, dealing with Corporate, Civil & Banking cases of a number of national & multinational banks, as their legal advisor & many private & public limited companies. Assisted Mr. Zahid Hamid, Advocate Supreme Court for the "NWFP Environmental Protection Ordinance". Enrolled as an Advocate of High Court on 12th September, 1998 and fitness for an Advocate of Supreme Court by Lahore High Court Enrolment Committee was granted on 8th November, 2010. Worked as Assistant Advocate General, Punjab from 14-02-2006 to 17-01-2012. Worked as Additional Advocate General, Punjab from 17-01-2012 to 26-03-2012. During the course of legal professional career conducted a large number of cases which were reported in various law journals. Appointed as Additional Judge of Lahore High Court on 27-03-2012.
