A good research officer always hones his skills and improves his abilities. One of the best ways of augmenting one’s research skills is by writing research papers. This attribute not only gives a sense of accomplishment to the writer but also improves his ability to read, write, undertake research, and conduct analysis. Besides, it is also an effective way of source of sharing knowledge and views with others. The LHCRC had been fortunate to have men of letters like Mr. Justice Shujaat Ali Khan, Mr. Justice Shahid Waheed and Mr. Justice Jawad Hassan, as its administrative/supervisory judges who, under the command and guidance of visionary Chief Justices i.e. Mr. Justice Umar Ata Bandial, Mr. Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Mr. Justice Muhammad Ameer Bhatti have always encouraged the members of the LHCRC to indulge in the healthy activity of legal publications.
