Mr. Sher Hassan Pervaiz

Sher Hassan Pervez (Barrister-at-Law) was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn in the year 2005. He has been a practicing advocate of High Courts since 2006. During the course of his professional career he has argued a large number of cases before the District Courts and Lahore High Court in areas of civil, corporate and commercial and ADR matters, with emphasis on company, contract, employment law, mergers and acquisitions, Intellectual Property law and media and mass communication law. In addition to the aforesaid areas, he has advised numerous prominent clients on various areas of law. He had also worked as member of the PSU (Personal Support Unit) at the RCJ (Royal Court of Justice) London, UK. He did his High School from Aitchison College Lahore. Subsequently went to read law from United Kingdom (U.K) where he did his LLB/Hons and LLM in Corporate Law. He taught law at the Punjab University Law College and Westminister College. He was appointed as Trial Court Judge/Civil Judge in the year 2010 and has decided numerous cases of civil, criminal, family and rent laws while posted at different stations. He is the founder member of the Research Centre Lahore High Court
