Mr. Fakhar Bashir Sial received his early education from his native town situated in Tehsil Shorkot, District Jhang. After completing the legal education, he was enrolled as advocate in Punjab Bar Council in 2009. Later on He was enrolled as advocate of High Court. His main area of practice was Criminal Law. In year 2014 he was selected as Civil Judge. He remained posted as Civil Judge at Bahawalpur, Kot Addu and Muzzfargarh. During his posting, he decided number of cases of civil, criminal, family and rent etc. While he was posted at Muzzafargarh, he also worked as Magistrate in cases of National Action Plan and Special Judicial Magistrate. He received certificate of appreciation because of deciding maximum cases for continuous three month throughout the district. He has also attended extensive training course of analytical legal research at Lahore University of Management Science (LUMS) and is certified trainee from LUMS. He has vast experience of legal research as he has been working as research officer at Lahore High Court Multan Bench since June 2018.
